In your browser, go to https://www.bravodigitaltrader.com

 

Please enter your Digital Trader account name (email address) and password.

 

 

After signing in the following is displayed:

 

 

As the text in the above screen states, an automated email is sent to your email address. This email is to ensure that you are the owner of the email address associated with the account.

 

It may take up to five minutes for the email to reach your account.

 

Depending on spam filters within your organisation, the email which is coming from the account ‘[REPLACE ME]’ may go directly into your spam folder so please check this if the email is not received in your inbox.

 

If, for whatever reason, multiple ‘reset password’ emails are received, please click on the link in the most recently received email as the link in the older mails will have expired.

 

In the unlikely event that you do not receive the email, please click the ‘Resend Email’ button shown in the sceenshot above.


After receiving the email, click on the ‘Reset Password Link’ contained within. The following page is displayed.

 

 

Please enter a new password (must be at least eight characters). Enter the same password again in the field below to confirm.

 

Click ‘Update Password’ to save your new password and sign-in.
